General Code of Conduct

1. Respect and Inclusivity:

   • Treat everyone with respect, kindness, and consideration. Harassment or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated.

   • Respect personal boundaries and consent. Always ask before taking photos or engaging in physical contact with others.

2. Cosplay and Attire:

   • Cosplay is encouraged and admired! Please ensure your costumes comply with our weapon/prop policy (link to policy if applicable).

   • Attire should be appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Any attire deemed excessively revealing or inappropriate may result in a request to cover up or change.

3. Safety and Security:

   • Follow instructions from event staff and security personnel at all times.

   • Report any suspicious or concerning behavior to event staff immediately.

   • Keep emergency exits and aisles clear at all times. In case of emergency, follow evacuation procedures as directed.

4. Props and Weapons:

   • Props and weapons must comply with our designated weapon/prop policy (link to policy if applicable). All props will be inspected upon entry.

   • Brandishing or swinging props in a threatening manner is strictly prohibited.

5. Alcohol and Drugs:

   • Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas and must comply with local laws and venue regulations.

   • The use of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited.

6. Photography and Media:

   • Respect the privacy of others. Always ask for permission before taking photos or videos of attendees, guests, or exhibitors.

   • Photography and recording during panels or events may be restricted at the discretion of event organizers.

7. Environmental Responsibility:

   • Help keep our venue clean by using designated trash and recycling bins.

   • Avoid causing damage to venue property or exhibits.

8. Compliance and Enforcement:

   • Violations of this code of conduct may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

   • Event staff reserve the right to enforce these rules at their discretion for the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
